MY MISSION
The Hatz for the Homeless Org. Inc. is a non profit organization founded by Marcella Smiley February 2025 and inspired by the loss of my brother under the harsh elements of the atmosphere. Hatz for the homeless provides hats and other coverings for the homeless as a provision of comfort and protection from the harsh elements of the atmosphere where they live. My company’s goal is to provide this type of care to as many homeless individuals as possible in hopes to bring about hope to those in need. So my mission is this: to cover someone’s head with a hat and or covering from the cold, heat, rain, snow or wind whereby they would have a type of protection out in the environment. Our mission is to make a difference in one of the many ways a homeless person when facing environmental challenges.
